Thanks all,

Yeah technically flying RC in parks inside Toronto is against a bylaw but generally not heavily enforced. I just try to use my best judgment when it comes to the safety of the people around me.

There will most certainly be more videos like this that I will post very soon. I have several others from outside Toronto that have already been captured.

I use Final Cut Studio to do all my post production. I would highly recommend it if you have the means to obtain a copy.

If not, Final Cut Express is a good alternative for much less money. I'm not sure, though, if the new version of express can handle HD.

Incorporating into a uni vid would be ideal. This plane works well at low altitude also. Provided the wind speed is low, it could work nearly as well as a big jib arm. The kind they use at concerts or on TV sets.

More to come

Do test flights without the camera of course.

For a small plane like the one making the video, I think the helicopter would mostly likely hear a noise (of rotor impact) and that would be it. Unless parts hit the cockpit, which would be freaky/scary/dangerous...

Yeah I have been quite careful with scanning the airspace around me.

For now I will only be shooting outside of the city.

lpounds,

That's one of the coolest things I've seen in quite a while. Great job! Loved it when you buzzed yourself with the plane.
