Finding new sights on an old path

It's been 2 months since hitting the saddle.
After an all day rain, I took a fun leisurely ride exploring before the rain starts up again tonight.

Did your knee injury also come from unicycling? I've been having a lot of trouble with my knee and the only thing I can think of is that I'm somehow sitting twisted on the pedal. During riding it doesn't hurt, but when I've come off and have cooled down it starts to hurt.

Yes, same bridge. It is on my driveway between the public road and my house. It ends up in my photos quite often, about 30 years of my bridge photos at: http://www.pbase.com/jimthode/thodebridge

When I started riding my 36er it took awhile till I was comfortable riding across the bridge. I still have a section of driveway between the bridge and the public road that is about 17% grade and quite bumpy. I've made it up that section a couple times but most of the time not. Coming down the hill is not too much of a problem.

Strava link with photos. It was a 18.odd mile loop along Scotland's Southern Upland Way, I made it a loop, Stranraer to Port Patrick and back. 2600ft of climbing. 80% rideable. I've done the 3 Peaks Cyclocross race a few times and the effort involved with this ride is definitely on par, absolutely knackered. Some Cat 4 climbs! Legs are destroyed!

Breaking out the old 26uni

Not many lollipop uni's around now, fixed the puncture and got out on the trail. Good to hear people's comments, throughly enjoyable ride of about 6k.
