Is anyone heading out to see one of natures great displays?

We'll be on the M6 heading up to Preston while the 'show' is happening. We're hoping to be able to pull over somewhere to watch a little.

Good to hear it Alucard, I'm glad I'm not the only one daft enough to be awake at this time!

I've taken a ride to my favorite spot, out in the middle of the marshlands. I thought I'd bought a filter to watch it through, but it turns out the Oreo Sun newspaper isn't even it...what a con lol!

I hope you get a decent view mate. It's clear blue skys here

smoggy morning here, no way to spot the eclipse (apart from the fact that the day was darker)
