turn it on... evansville is on the news becuase of our crazy tornado... does anyone else have any crazy storm stories?

It rains here every now and then...
We get some awesome winds, too. Once a dust devil blew through and picked up one of our horse shelter things several hundred feet in the air and crashed it out in the middle of nowhere. That was several years ago, and it's still there I believe. Another time half the roof of the barn (tin roof with old rusty beams holding it down) flew off and landed on our house. (I was in the top left window when it hit) |

my 'crazy storm story' is that my house got ruined in ivan and the roof caved and we had to buy a buncha new stuff. took a while to re adjust. also a hurricane flew my trampoline about a block away into a neighbors yard many years ago.
and dude chase, why didnt u go find a newscaster and uni while they were doin those little update reports. that woulda been some exposure. |

i swear dude i was going to... im not even kidding you but my mom said no.. there was like people form some big news station form indy... and it was like 3 miles away form my house... so i was so close.. but my mom is gay

It's too bad for you guys down in Evansville. Us here in West Lafayette only got a lot of heavy wind, but no tornados.
It's not a crazy storm story, but once my house burnt up. It's an intersting feeling to stand back and watch your house burn. |
