I wonder who would win in a C2C race between as unicycle and a pedallo.

MrBoogiejuice used to do an annual C2C in pedallos.

Playing the ukulele.

What style of uni do you mainly do? Maybe you could try something different to what you're used to?

I was the same after I broke my thumb n toe (getting hit by a car). I didn't ride for ages after that...but the urge to ride soon overtook my nervousness of riding :-)

Do you meet with any other riders?

unfortunately i do not, there's hardly any riders near me. i think i need to start using this forum again because it used to add to my motivation a bit . right now i can't even uni though because i was just in a motorcycle accident and my shoulder is strained pretty bad. but i keep telling myself once i'm healed i HAVE to get back on it...only 3 years left of my 20's

I turn 30 in October...I plan on doing my c2c that week :-)

Meeting another rider would definitely help your motivation! At one point, when I got my old 36er, I started questioning what on earth I was doing...meeting another 36er rider gave me the motivation to carry on. I may have been hit by a car not long after, but I look forward to the day I meet and ride with other uni riders :-)

i must force myself to get back on it. motorcycling kinda took priority over unicycling in the past 2 years. but the recent accident has made me rethink motorcycling. maybe it's what i needed to finally get back into it..

i have 9 unicycles for god sakes! 2 36ers, i have no excuses

Wow, what a nice conversation, so rare anymore here on MR. So much gentle back and forth, usually have to wait DAYS for a response.

Very cool.

Personally, I have nothing against Schlumpf, but no interest either. My 36" has always been just fine, anything more would be dangerous for me.

Get on your uni now and take an easy ride. If you don't, it will only get harder. Ride to the ice cream stand and buy yourself a reward

Good advice Billy :-)

You wouldn't believe how excited I am to finally have a 36er again! How far can you travel in a day?
