Things turned out a little differently than I expected, and I was able to set the new trick today.

Turnaround on skinny - YouTube

Ride one revolution on a skinny (max. width 3in.), turnaround, and ride one rev back.

Trick 1: Crank Grab; muni123
Trick 2: 3/4 of a revolution on skinny; hunterthompson
Trick 3: 5 second standstill; aarons
Trick 4: 3ft gap over object 9.5in high; BradenL
Trick 5: Rolling hop over 9 cm object; Unicycle Kid

I worked on this today. It's a tough one. I can get into the turn, but after 90 degrees I slide off the skinny.

That is the same difficulty I had. To get the full turnaround, you must be absolutely sure that your wheel does not roll forward while you turn. To do this, turn your cranks slightly past the horizontal position before beginning the turnaround. That should balance out your forward momentum.
