here is the new one : one rev forward on something round tinner tan 10 cm. then one rev backward one rev forward again then min 15 sec stillstand tourn around on it and du min a half rev on it after you tourned around.

I got a round skinny today and started working on this. No success yet.

Better today. I can do all the pieces of the trick, but I'm too inconsistent at them to get them all in one sequence.

The hardest parts are the rev backwards and the turnaround.
