CMQ 2012 - Québec Unicycling Competition, August 24-26

Hello unicyclists,

It is with great pleasure that Monotréal presents the fourth edition of the CMQ (“Compétition de monocycle du Québec”, Québec Unicycling Competition). The CMQ is THE annual competition for unicycling in Québec ; the opportunity for unicyclists of all levels to come and share their passion for our one wheeled sport during a big 3 days reunion !

In previous years, it has always been a big success, and this year, we are expecting to get an even larger crowd than in the past. We are also working on improving our trials course, which was a hit for beginner to expert unicyclists.

Without delay, here are the preliminary information for the CMQ :

Friday the 24th : At the Taz Skatepark (outdoors), 8931 Papineau Avenue, Montréal
Saturday the 25th : At the Taz Skatepark (indoors & outdoors)
Sunday the 26th : On the campus of the University of Montreal

Slopestyle Street
Street
High jump and long jump
Speed Trials
Trials
Flatland
Muni (Downhill & Cross-Country)
Best trick contest
Various workshops
Group outings in downtown Montréal to discover the city and all it has to offer
There will be special awards for top riders in each discipline.
