How long have you been on RSU?
Ok, so it's just Unicyclist.com now, but I realised today that I signed up 10yrs ago with this handle.
Before that...I posted under my own name, but that was only for a year or so. Any old time posters you miss? Are they still lurking?

I miss the likes of Gluteus Maximus and Sendhair.
Now that you mention it, it seems I had my 10th birthday in Feb, "Join Date 2002-02-19" A bit of digging showed that Gilby registered on "2001-02-28", so that would've been the "birth" of this forum, no?

I joined on May 15, 2001. I think I started posting on RSU in 1999.
I remember many who have come and go, but at this point I can't really say that I miss anyone. For the most part we are engaged in fluff here. And don't get me wrong, I enjoy fluffing it up with you all, but if any one of you left, or I did for that matter, life would go on almost the same.

My second anniversary is coming up in a few months. You guys make me feel so... new!
I've been riding for about 3 and a half years though. I lurked around as a guest for awhile before I decided to join.

Our join date is just to the left of each post we make. I've been around a while.

Bruce Edwards, rhysling, Animation, Jeff Lutkus, Phil (just Phil), Arnold the Aardvark, DAKOROMAN, Andrew Carter, Dylan Wallinger, Chex, Kristine, too many others to mention. But most of all my heart aches for Miss Ayelery.
I joined a while ago.

I think we can bring Ms. Ayelery back for this thread.

I'm not sure, 1993 or 94. That's when it was the Unicyclist's Mailing List. One of the many discussions was about creating a Usenet newsgroup...

I'm coming up on 10th Anniversary on 2002-08-22. Started lurking in July 2002 after I suddenly had a bunch of time on my hands after a RIF (Reduction in Force, much nicer than a Lay Off!)
Second response to my first post was advice I didn't listen to well. By early September I broke my heel coming off that uni!
