Northwest Unicycle Skills Clinic - 2012

You are invited to participate in the Northwest Unicycle Skills Clinic, sponsored by Panther Pride Unicycle Team (PPUT), on May 12 from 9 AM to 2 PM at North Bend Elementary (the address is below). The cost is $35 cash (no checks) per rider.

All Participants must be preregistered. We reserve the right to limit the number of participants.

Please return completed registration/waiver forms for all participants by May 3rd.

Cash payments for all riders may be paid at registration on May 12th.
The $35 Rider Registration Fee does include lunch. Additional concessions will be available for purchase.

ALL MINOR RIDERS MUST HAVE AN ADULT ON PREMISES IN CHARGE OF THEM.
