All horses to be turned in at collection boxes by march 3rd, 2011
Collection boxes will be situated at all post offices.
Any horse related equipment will need to be destroyed at your own expense.
If found harbouring a horse after march the 3rd you will be hailed to your local town square for a good old public telling off and then hung, whilst being hung you will be bothered around the personal area by any horse equipment you failed to destroy.
If you have no horse equipment, it will be provided by the state at your expense, you will also be fined for owning a horse but not owning the proper equipment.
Your horse will also be hung, Twice.
