Kh vs K1 (Street, trials, flatland, freestyle etc riders only)
Which unicycle brand do you prefer?
If you are a muni or distance rider etc you can still vote in the poll, but take into consideration that K1 don't make distance unicycles and their muni's are very out dated. K1's focus has been on street flat and trials for the past years. Base your decision on simply which brand you like, you could base this off strength, weight, etc ANYTHING. Just which you prefer.

I couldn't vote, cause I like some parts of each better. The KH saddles and frames are better (imo) and the K1 tires and cranks (street and trials) are nicer. K1s look cooler for the most part. If I were going to build up a new flat/street uni, I would make it a KH with K1 street cranks and a light Tryall tire. Or would I? I could just buy a Green Spirit and replace the saddle. Pretty well all I would be compromising would be a bit of frame strength.
If I wasn't going to replace anything I would probably go for the K1, because the saddle isn't a really big issue and it costs less. My vote goes to Impact because everything on them is nice.

very mixed feelings....
i love all the brands of unicycles and most my unicycles are super mixed parts ![]() i havent ridden any of the new K1 unicycles but back a few years ago when i did ride one i really didnt like it because it felt so "dinky". like it was about to fall apart on me when the KH felt super solid. Hopefully they have changed because K1 looks like they have some unicycles that compete with KH now. Only thing i would change with the K1 unicycles now is to put some moments on. Thats really a personal thing tho

My vote went to KH, i think their cranks roll better and flip faster than the K1's. Also, i dont like the square bearing housings on the k1 frames... I ripped a pair of shoes open on those things.

I havent ridden any k1 unicycles for an extended period of time, they seem nice, but what I hear about there service turns me off. I like how active KH is with bettering the Unicycle industry.
That being said, Any Terrain, its good to support Unicycle manufacturers and dealers.

I'm glad that both brands are available. The more brands, products and ideas out there, the better it is for us unicyclists!

I voted for K1 only because they look better, weight a bit less and they have a wider range of products to pick from, my unicycle is half KH and half K1 and I haven't had a problem with either brands.
