Me too.
I've cycled in Südtirol/Alto Adige* and other parts of Northern Italy this spring, and it was fantastic. So without hesitation, "I'll be back".

* The region where Brixen Slash Bressanone is located... the majority there speaks German, thus the double names of all the towns.

What's more matter of concern (to those from countries with few competitors) is the rule that each country has to bring judges also (a rule that seems needed, but after discussion there's dispensation possible).

The exact answer is in the rulebook at section 3.3, in the forelast paragraph.
(though I don't know if that rulebook is still current at unicon16)

That looks like it applies specifically to individual freestyle, not to all events.
