It's a request for guys to keep the restroom floor and toilets clean.

The dean of my college tells about the restrooms in [if memory serves]
Amsterdam's airport, which now apparently feature a strategically placed,
realistic looking fly in each urinal. Apparently, since their implementation,
the men's rooms remain 80% cleaner than previously, according to an airport
cleanliness study. It just goes to show that we all seem to perform better when
we have something to aim for ...
