i have been learing bouree in Eminor for an audition peice

Yes, that's the one.

Bit of advice: Don't rush the piece, practise getting all the notes as clear-sounding and expressed as possible. Speed will come by itself.

Haha check out the first comment: I love it how so many people jump to the D when they hear this. Tenacious-D are my favourite band, but this piece of music exceeds their piece entitled 'classico'. I don't know if you'll get this, Phil, but I feel for you. It sucks. My 12 year old stepbrother passed away 2 weeks ago in a car accident, and it's still throwing me for a loop.
