Showed how long I have to go to learn one-legged riding.
Dang! You and Override are both riding the same Uni it looks like from your avatars?

Both joined at the same time.

Both broke the same pedal at the same time.

You both are hosed for the OUT game too!

You guys are like twins

Nah, I've never even been to Kent. Although I did live in East Anglia long enough that I can't give blood because of mad cow disease. When I broke my pedal I got some mountain biking pedals I thought were metal, but broke chunks off of those until they because flesh-gouging torture devices:

Then I got my spiffy red Animal pedals (now considerably scuffed up):

Today I:

Learned to roll over a curb backwards
Landed a fakie rolling hop off a curb (4 times)
Watched my unicycle fly 10 feet in the air after a bad landing

You'll get back out there in no time! Don't lose heart! Your situation inspired me to write this poem:

-----
Unicycle Mantra

People will scoff.
I will ignore them.

Your parts will break.
I will replace them.

I will rise each time I fall.

I will heal each time I hurt.

I will fail.
Until I succeed.
-----

Today I (on my new 20" Nimbus trials):

Got suicide mounts down.
Got lady and gentleman mounts down.
Got 180 jump mounts down.
Got transitioning from SI to SIF down.
Did 30 idles with my right foot.
Landed a rolling hop off a curb.
Landed a rolling hop off a curb (switch stance).
Landed a fakie rolling hop off a curb.
Rode about 7 miles round trip into town and back at night.
Got to practice minor first aid:
