Well, there seem to be a lot of singular familial words like "father（父）," "older brother（兄）," and "younger sister（妹）."

I think that the guy that has "両思い" ("mutual love" or something of that nature) written on him got what he wanted, too.

Fortunately, that just makes the one guy who has 馬鹿外人 written on his shoulder even funnier. I can't help but laugh out loud when I see it, even now.
