Awesome photos guy, I love this thread!!!

Gonzo, I really want to come up and ride with you some time. I'm sure Dane will be up for it too!

Here are some photos of my Coker ride from yesterday. Its my first Autumn ride through local tracks this year. Nice 9 mile loop in crisp autumn morning through the golden leaves

Joe,

Today I went for a long guni ride in the woods and found this huge cauliflower mushroom. So I put all the contents of my backpack into pockets of my jacket and pants and stuffed as much of the mushroom as I could into my backpack. That was only about half of it, but it will be good for quite a couple of good meals. And maybe I'll get the other half later, if it's still there.

Mmm, love mushrooms. But how do you know for sure that the one you found is edible and not poisonous?

Because I know this particular kind very well and have been eating it frequently without any negative effects.
There is no danger of confusing it with poisonous kinds, at least over here in Europe. I already had some today and it was very tasty. Here's a wikipedia link, by the way. They say it is even good against tumors.

I had a surreal kind of ride today, through the blackened forest of last summer's Hogan Rd bushfire, and straight into lush green!

Bunch more pics at:

Had a fun ride at Flume Track the other day, including one big crash. I didn't think much of it at the time but now my lower leg is all funky... DOH!

Those woods really look like some near to where I live in London. I'm not hallucinating am I? I used to do a lot of painting up there and your second photo reminds me a lot of scenes.
