The place where the crank bolts on to the hub on older KH/Summits protrudes makiing it an ankle biter. On mine I had a machinist mill down the "nub" and use one of the crank bolts from an '05? KH. Here is a picture of the "nub" vs the denubbed.

04 KH... The "nubs" really hurts, I have a Torker DX and the "nubs" aren't as big as the 04 KH, I want to Denub mine because now I'm killing my ankles.
