Summer is getting over, its still sunny, but its getting colder now.

I leave my window open all day and night with a window fan, and if I leave the fan on in my room, ill wake up to see my breath, and if i leave a cup of water in my room, after I wake up, the water in the cup will be cold.

That's what I was curious about. So it is your whole country that uses arbitraty indicators. Interesting.

New international question:

When do the seasons offically start?
-Equinox
-First of the month

Are there any other?

Using "quotes" makes all the difference.

In science, Seasons officially start with the equinox and solstice.

In popular culture, "seasons" begin and end with holidays that open and close beaches for "the summer", when the kids go back to school and the life guards are gone--that's when "summer" ends.

Spring has sprung (for the N. Hemi), Fall has fell (for the S. Hemi).

Welcome another change of season.

Hmmm...let's wait until Summer to celebrate.

I "celebrated" the first day of spring by mulching for more than several hours today.
