Help with backwards lace walk
I've been trying to learn to backwards lace walk. I can wheel walk already, but I've only been trying to backwards lace walk long enough to know that it can be painful to fall in the attempt.
Any advice?

I've talked to a few people who said that spoke walks were easier than lace walks, so it might help to learn them first so you can get the balance point. Then once you can spoke walk straight backwards, I would imagine it shouldn't be too hard to learn from there.
