Brain teaser Driving me nuts!
Ok, can anyone solve this brain teaser, it is one word I think... and the hint was, now you know your ABC's, its time to learn your 123's. HEres the puzzle

Explain to me once more please. Apparently, some of the brain cells I've lost along the way were important. I don't follow the logic.
Why do you say 1 squared then 2 squared and then 2 cubed?

I think its a word...
my technique was to number each letter (I did 1-10, then repeted, and repeted again part way) till z. And then I looked at each letter, andsaid its a number 2 for example. What other letters are two? it could be... but it didnt spell anything. Maybe its not 1-10 for numbering tho. Maybe its only 1-2. Maybe its not this at all.

I tried rot-13, and then every other rotation, but to no avail. Puzzled.

Kristine, why do you think the solution should be a word? How was the puzzle phrased? Where did you find it?
