how do you put icons under your username?

I want to put a picture under my user name right where is says "not a clown" like all of you guys. how do I do that?

go to the main forum page, down at the bottom and click "private messages" then click on "edit options" at the bottom of that page ther is the upload Avatar part and it gives you the image size specifications and whatnot.
