"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

Oh man, where to start?

www.despair.com - You know those little motivational posters your highschool english teacher always had on the classroom walls, the ones with a photograph of a puppy in a boot or a sunset or a mountain landscape, and under the picture was written some virtue like "Determination", or "Confidence" and under that was usually some cute little blurb to lift your spirits (or make you vomit). Well, if these annoyed you as much as me, then you'll love despair.com.

The Scoop on Poop - Everything you ever wanted to know (and somethings you didn't) about poop. Don't forget it's sister page - Facts on Farts

Britney's Guide to Semiconductor Physics - I can't remember where I first heard about this one. Perhaps Harper will find it especially amusing.

Hope these keep you entertained for a while.

This is pretty widely known, but I thought I'd post it just in case somebody hadn't heard of it. One of my all time favourite sites.
