    Hey John,

I live about two miles away from you, and I have never seen a real unicyclist live, besides my grandpa, who is not very good, so I was wondering if you ever perform in Sac or have a club. Also, I am looking for a bigger unicycle (than 20"), but due to the downturn of the economy, and my age (17), I have no job. I think I need a used one because I don't like buying things on the internet and they are cheaper. Any ideas? Also, I definitely would like to meet you, only because I live so close.

p.s. How can I get into some parades in Sac? I would be entertaining enough I think.

Sorry this was such a long message

    Hi John,

I wanted to ask you if you know how I might be able to contact the following people (if they're still alive and reachable):

-Dr. Jack Wiley (author of The Unicycle Book)
-Sebastian Höher (German author of Unicycling: from beginner to expert)

Just wondering...I'm completing the narration for the "history of the unicycle" in my documentary.

    Thanks,

    Joey

    Hi John,

My name is Kepa. I sent you an email a couple of weeks ago asking for advice about creating unicycling associations/federation in Spain, and about organizing a national championship. Pease let me know if you received it.

    Thanks a lot!

    Kepa.

Hey John! I think i remember you saying you were going to help out with NAUCC 2010. And I need to know the dates for that or some predictions of when the date will be. If you could help me out there i would appreciate it a lot! Thanks!

OK so the private messaging has changed since I last used it... So at our last trials competition, CMW was brought up and myself and Jarin Erickson are willing to help, or organize a trials competition. I remember a great natural trials area that we rode on last time you hosted CMW. If there were to be a comp givin your permission and perhaps help. We would like to invite a few bikers to compete with us as to help merge our communities. I understand the CMW is a MOUNTAIN unicycle event, that is why we only wish to make it an optional trials event in the evening. I do not mean to impose our riding style on our great muni event. It has just been tradition to have a trials comp at CMW.
Any feedback is great John. If you want to email me more directly please do at
    unicaw89@yahoo.com

    Thanks John!

    Hi John.
I'm PM-ing you since you are very experienced with 36-inchers.
I upgraded from a 36'' standard qu-ax, with a smooth tyre. (It's got no knobs, but 3 or 4 vertical lines)
I upgraded to a KH36 with the nightrider tyre.
Every post I find says the nightrider is a fantastic tyre.
I don't use my KH36 for offroad though - I've built a handle which won't work nice for offroad.
I plan to do the Cape Argus 108km next year, which I think is the biggest cycling race in the world.
Should I swap tyres and put the smoothy on my KH36?
when riding with the nightrider, the knobs make a sound on the road, which I think is slowing me down.

I'm just now reading the "California is the best state. Gay marriage is now legal." thread in its entirety and am only up to May 16, 2008.

Just wanted you to know that whenever I come upon a post by you it makes me sit up and pay attention. Seems like a lot of your posts make me do that whether they are unicycle related or not. They always have.
