James what crank would be best for a moderatly good rider. The koxx-one isis reinforced or the isis light? i will have been riding for a year in august and ive gotten pretty good, i do drops around 3 to 5 feet on average and on ocasion some 6-8 footers. i ride some street and ive been working on flatlands? what would be a better option for me?

    Mikael is so cool
    He's not anybody's fool
    He breaks the silly rules
And then jumps into the pool
    He's smarter than a school
and he's always got a clue
    That's why people always say,
    Mikael simply rules
