Hey, I don't ride much trials but I don't like to do grabs. I don't think it is a very bad thing to do, but I can't pedal grab. Also I can sidehop as high as I can crankgrab... So I don't do them on the rare ocassion I do trials.

I will grind and do crankgrabs in street though.

Grabbing is like putting a foot down and re-mounting. It's hideous and makes hard lines easy.

I lately have really hated pedal grabs. For ledges, I think pedal grabs are pathetic, but if it's a pedal grab to rail, it seems more reasonable. Or putting pedal grabs in creative lines, but if your using them just to get higher, I think you should try to just get to rubber.

I agree. I really don't like pedal grabs. In fact, I don't think I have ever done one in my videos.
