Hey Jeff,
There should be plenty of smoother trails to try your hand at muni, then for 36er riding you can ride the main road through the park which should be pretty safe; I don't know how long it is. Probably Saturday morning or Saturday afternoon would be your best bet. If it's hot, which is likely, we'll start early on Saturday.

Hey Ben, I'ts been a while. We exchanged messages a few times. You made a knoby tire recommendation for my 24 incher that I purchased and rode once in 9 inches of snow last winter.
Just saw your thread about the ride at Douthat Park. I would like to attend, but I am not sure I can free up the time. If I can join you for half a day, which half day do you think would be best?
Also, I see the event has a MUNI theme. I haven't riden any MUNI. I have a 36 inch Impulse (that I have put 1300 miles on in the last year and a half) and I have a 24 inch "el-cheapo" with a knoby tire. Do you think there will be much opportunity for 36" riding? I'd be willing to try some MUNI with my 24 inch, but probably not up to hard core MUNI.
I think it would be a neat opportunity to get to ride a bunch of different unicycles.
Look forward to your reply,
Jeff Arnold
