Has anyone else added a cyclometer to their Coker? I put on an Avocet 25 which
has all the basic functions you need, and can even be read while riding,
although that's not the safest thing to do.
This morning we did a careful calibration and here's the setting that resulted:
2771mm/revolution. On the Avocet, you just enter this number directly (it's max
is 3000mm, so it would work for somewhat larger wheels).
This number is for a 165lb rider (75kg), with tire pressure at 34 psi,
slightly above the recommended 32, and was the result of multiple measurements
of the distance covered while riding 6 revolutions (average was 645.5" which
gives 2771mm).
