1. I've had my Pashley 20" unicycle since Christmas, and have more or less got
the swing of forwards, turning, freemount etc., and am getting there with
hovering. I seem to be able to go down quite steep hills, but cannot climb
the same - where am I going wrong? It seems no matter how hard I try to stay
sitting on the saddle, the uni just wants to wander from side to side as I
try to climb. Is this just practice, or is there some trick to it that
someone could share. - I'd like to get a Pashley Muni, but can't really
justify it until I feel I can handle uphill better.
2. The bearing shells on this uni are held in place by two self tapping screws
on each side. After any time, particularly on rough surfaces they come loose,
and will eventually strip. I'd thought of drilling these right through, and
using bolts - any thoughts?
Cheers,
Alan Rowe.
