180 degree turns

To do the 180 turns of level 3 do you just stop, spin 180 degrees and then start
pedaling again?

You do a relatively tight moving turn. The 360 in level 4 will be the same way.

The general consensus seems to be that "relatively tight" means "within a 1m
diameter circle".
