I tried this last week also and it was a great improvement. The only glitch is
that the tube pops out from under the seat. Anyone have any suggestions as to
how to prevent this? I am on a Semcycle.

I read a letter regarding changing the uni's seat padding with an old inner
tube, so I thought I'd give it a try. It is brilliant, I haven't been saddle
sore since. I would reccomend anyone trying it.

I use some tape around the back of the saddle. Also don't put too much air
into the tube.
