Idleing

hi,

I'm trying to learn how to idle, but I'm having some troubles. The thing is that
when the pedals are shifting ways, EG going forwards -> backwards I need to put
more weigth on the pedals, and thus not using much weigth on the seat which I
should. When idling the pedals are constantly changing direction, and after a
couple of turns almost all my weigth is on the pedals :(

Does anybody have any advice? Please let me know
