You need more speed. It looks like you have really long cranks, try some shorter ones.

Technique looks good though :)

Thanks, i am running 165's dual, so ill drop em down to the 135's and see what happens ;)

as for tips i would say you need more speed/aggression (and music in your next video)
as said above your tech is just fine
