I went for a test ride and was sold on getting a Pashley Muni. But, as everyone
says, the seat is lousy. It needs to be replaced, and I have a Miyata seat just
sitting on the shelf.

How have you folks gone about doing the transplant? Does it involve welding? I'm
not sure I'm ready for brain surgery.

hack the top from your Miyata seat and the post from the Pashley, weld the two
together, its a 10 minute job total.
