I'm about the same.

I got a 2nd hand DM (RingMaster I think.. it's worn off) for about 20 quid that
had recently been jumped from a 6' stage, so one pedal was wobbly. When I tried
to replace it I would have to re-tighten each week/day. So I got lazy and had it
welded, though I think aroldyte would work.

That was 3 years ago and the uni was a number of years old before that. It's
quite sturdy (feels heavy) and I recon it has at least 5 more years to it,
minimum. There is a DM factory in the south of the UK so it might not be that
bad for Spain.

that the nuts don't tighten. I know, It's time to change the uni. I've already
changed the cranks and the pedals but it's always the same. Why? I think the
first reason is the quality of the unicycle. The second one is my size. I am 2 m
tall (6' 6'') and weigh more than 100 Kg (225 pounds).

I have two options: To reduce my size or to improve my uni. I'll choose the
second one by now. I'm thinking of starting with Muni, so I'd like to buy a
general-purpose uni, good for commuting and muni. And, of course, as sturdy as
posible. I don't mind to pay more money if the uni is good. Which do you thing
is a good unicycle for me? Do you know where can I find them if Spain?

There is a perpetually resurecting topic in rec.bicycles.tech regarding the
proper assembling of crank arms to the spindle. One camp claims that if you
greae them they go on too far and the crank arm splits, the other camp claims
that if you don't grease them they don't go on far enough, they work loose, the
square hole gets worn, you have to keep re-tightening them, eventually you run
out of metal in the square hole and the bolt won't tighten them any more, etc.
You seem to have reached this stage. I believe they should be greased and that
if you do this and don't use excessive torque then the only ones that will
split are either defective anyway or have a different taper to the spindle. So,
I would a) check that your spindle and crank arms have the same taper (made for
each other) and b) check for any nicks or burrs that might be causing the
cranks to hang up on the spindle c) grease lightly and assemble to the
recommended torque.
