It could be, but i can't really tell with the crank on there. i think the yelow hub isn't Isis, but i'm not sure...

That is rather confusing it says it is Isis and then it says 10 spline yellow muni hub. I really do think it may be a 10 spline hub. My friends is that color and it is not isis splined.
