You have to admire the guys versatility. Going up against Ann he seems to be channeling John Stewart a bit.

Wow she talks some bollocks. She says that 3 companies is too few and then brings up computers. Well I count Windows, Apple, and Linux.
Competition doesn't increase security, it decreases prices. Which means that they have to cut costs. That is usually in customer service, but I would imagine that in health care, they could easily just not pay out for certain conditions.
Unregulated insurance companies would be a huge blow for the healthcare in a country like the US.
I'd go with better regulation rather than more competition. Preferably both, but it's probably an either/or scenario.

Normally, I'm not a big fan of O'Reilly, just because of how he treats his guests, but Coulter deserves/deserved it. I actually really liked that clip of him.

I know, this is irrelevant and a threadjack, but...
Let's have a count: how many people (like myself) couldn't finish that video because O'Reilly and Coulter started talking on top of each-other's talking?
I just can't process a discussion when proper turn-taking is abandoned in favor of words-used-as-brickbats. Those two were no different from angry football fans with too much beer in them. If there is a similarity to Jon Stewart or any other left winger I don't have the patience to ferret it out from that pathetic video.
