You can buy a gun, AND AMMUNITION in my state! You can gamble and spend your earnings deflowering virgins (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natalie_Dylan) in my state! You can grow a pot plant with your license and smoke a fag or spliff indoors in my state. Income tax? Not a problem. Gay marriage? Yessiree bob. We got that now too. There is good reason why I live in Nevada even though I'm attending school in CA.

I lived there for a year and HATED it! But I'm not into casino gambling and all the 24 hour lifestyle, and the weather is either waaaay to hot, or too cold, and dry! You have Lake Mead bit I really love living near the beach. On the plus side, there's lots of Ti##y bars! :D

With the vote, Nevada will extend most of the rights given to married couples to couples in domestic partnerships, including those of the same sex.

Not exactly the same thing as legalized same sex marriage, but a huge step in the right direction.

Yes, just like California(and several other states), you can acquire a state-issued medical marijuana license and grow marijuana(up to seven plants) "legally".

The domestic partnership thing is already legal here. But apparently it does not carry the same legal rights as marriage.

You can grow/sell weed here, but you'll still run afoul of the conflict between state and federal laws, making it quite a hassle! Hopefully Nevada doesn't have the same problem with that.

You can gamble and spend money on a prostitute here, but only the gambling part will be legal.

Income tax? Your federal obligations are the same as anyone elses. But for state income tax, Nevada ROCKS!

But your beaches pretty much suck. Sure, there are some nice ones on Tahoe, Lake Mead, etc. but it's not the same thing. :)
