What do you mean by used? Is it in good shape?

It's in great shape. I don't think anyone could tell it is used but my conscience would not let me note new. It was mounted, but I'll bet it has not seen 100 wheel revolutions. I just couldn't get the hang of it and now, due to injury, I don't ride.
