I had the most fun making this and so I hope you enjoy! Watch in HIGH QUALITY!
Uni Ala Cart (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UfOGNyJ158)
Really worked hard at making a FIVE foot gap, which was slippery with loose gravel, and sloped at landing spot, and slightly uphill too. I included a bunch of bails at the end of the video to show how totally determined I was to get it, lol!
Also I think I've made my best comedy bit, which comes around the middle, and some other stuff. :p:D:)

ShugThanks. I use a cheapie canon mini camcorder model ZR-700. Does the job well enough, and is small enough to carry on rides.:)

There were several bikers/hikers on the trail that day, and one guy took some pics and just emailed them to me. You can see my camcorder at the bottom.

You've inspired me.Thanks now I need to get those big no-footers down! :D
Didn't help me... 661s Vs 2 angry dogs isn't fun nor painless. +1 :DOuch! What kind of dogs, and how did you get them off you? Did you kick them in the head? I'm against animal cruelty, but in that case, being attacked by dogs I'd do whatever it takes!

+1 :DI just got a new pair of the 661 shin/knee guards the 4x4's. They fit waaaay big and are size large like my old pair. Does anyone else have a 'fit" issue with 661 4x4's? I had to go so far as to stitch on extra velcro to the lower straps because they are so long when fed through, there's no connecting velcro left! I had a pair of Med. size a while back, but they were rubbing my leg at the top. I may just be in between sizes!:( But again, my old 4x4's were also Large and fit fine.

I use small 661 4x4's and they fit great. It's always maddening to get something new that doesn't work like the old ones did. One thing that I noticed when I bought mine was that there did not seem to be any difference in length between the med. size and the small size. There was however a difference in the strap lengths and diameter. Maybe its like buying socks, you get a six pack of socks and and least one pair will fit differnently than the other 5 pairs.

I shortened the elastic on most of the straps w/ my 661's (the older ones) by sowing them together, giving less than half the original stretch, also they were always slipping down and exposing my knees.
How do your new ones fit in comparison to the old around the knee? Any slipping problems? What other differences have you noticed?

How do your new ones fit in comparison to the old around the knee? Any slipping problems? What other differences have you noticed? They are roomier everywhere, including the knee area, but they seem to stay in place ok. I'm going to try your idea and shorten the straps. Also, a couple washings may shrink them down a bit.:)
