I was looking at getting either one of these or a nimbus 29. Is the "buy it now" price the reserve price (The minimum it can sell for)?

No, that is the price you can purchase it today for, to guarentee that you will win the auction. There is no reserve price (the highest bid price at the end of the week is what it will sell for).
