The first 3 words of your thread title are accurate. That's good or bad depending on who you support. :p

Really? How'd you make that determination, Terry?

Don't tell me you're reading the news... these guys are all over the map. One poll says he's up (http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&ct=us/0-0&fp=48b723c248304755&ei=F0K3SKeyMo34lQTKhIXVAw&url=http%3A//primebuzz.kcstar.com/%3Fq%3Dnode/14056&cid=1240408342&usg=AFQjCNEE4Y2JMjD7CkScc5XHylYgTaxY5w), another says he's down (http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&ct=us/3-0&fp=48b78ead745991db&ei=cUS3SMCDCZP6lQSy8-nZAw&url=http%3A//news.bostonherald.com/news/national/politics/2008/view.bg%3Farticleid%3D1115555&cid=1240744469&usg=AFQjCNHHdtDjd2rolW9rdr8AYrJfBx4L6w), and keep in mind these are just polls... they don't reflect Obama's acutal voter base, they only reflect who the pollsters decide to poll.

I know what it is... you just love to troll (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1060628&postcount=57) anyone who supports a liberal candidate. You've done it time (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showpost.php?p=861939&postcount=3) and time again (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showpost.php?p=613859&postcount=14) here... only thing missing here is substance. If you're going to be an effective troll, you need to post something more than "Obama bad, hurrr".

i think obama is so popular because he has that aura about him. that's why kennedy was elected. he was so popluar. and also because he uses the word "change" alot. he promises change and people like that, but there's no way he can do as much as he is saying. people like whoever can give them the most "change" from the bush administration. what also gets me is how everyone supported the war in the beginning, but now everyone says it should have never happened. and who do we blame for all this, why president bush of course.

Yeah, that must be the only reason.

Everyone? Really? Of course we blame Bush, hes the one keeping up with it all despite how much the country has voiced its opinion.

They knew they were going into Iraq on Sept 12. It wouldn't matter if Saddam passed inspections, or what our allies thought. After that, it was all theatrical lies and distortion.

Their motivation ? They know months ahead what stocks are going to soar in value. What obscure companies that were going to get mega millions in no bid contracts in a few months. Hundreds of billions in sure profits for Cheny Inc.
IMHO, Bush was the aw shucks front man, and Cheny the brains that made the deals. It was all a plot to raid the treasury and make a small circle of people insanely rich. Cheny never has to explain anything, because he's not the decider, in the public eye. He just focus's on the business end.

It's called politics... I have never heard of a politician who has kept all, or even, most of his election promises and that's including the stuff that a statistician has been over. I just hope whoever wins can fix your economy a bit.

funny you mention iraq. you know how we found no weapons of mass distruction but found empty shells of bombs? what do you think filled those shells? it is so easy to take the explosives out and hide them. iraq has so much sand that there could be hundreds of underground bunkers out there storing all kinds of stuff. so we did have a reason to invade iraq.

i was thinking about dignifying catinabag1's comment with a response... then i thought again. Dude, seriously do some reading. There is a whole range of literature out there now about the WMD issue was a politically easy but false unifying front for the 'coalition of the willing' to invade Iraq.

If you support McCain, I'll puke all over you.

If you support Obama, I'll be a little bit more lenient, I suppose.

What if I don't support either of them?
