Podcasting/audio sharing Info

Ok i am looking to podcast. Nothing serious, just some prep and takes from my radio show.

Or even if there is an equivilent of youtube with just audio, i just want to put some stuff up to show friends etc.

does anyone have any experience in this area?

hey, this got me thinking, what if each week a group made a news vid sorta thing. for unicycling though. Like, someone explains their point of veiw, and opinions on the things. I probably could with my new cam.
