Michel, The best shoes in my opinion are skateboard shoes.. they are very flat
and have a very good contact with the pedals.. and at the same time they can
easily be taken off the pedal when you are trying to perform any type of trick..
Secondly, they allow you to "feel" the pedal as well.. Running shoes aren't the
best in my opinion as they have too much traction and it can be hard to
re-adjust your foot for whatever the reason... Sandals.. are the worst.. your
foot has too much "play" within the shoe and it's really easy for the lip of the
sandle to get caught in the cranks.. plus if it rains.. and your sandles get
wet.. then prefare to do the "face plant" trick!!! later.. ohh I use to ride
with canvas shoes.. but I think skateboard shoes are definetly the way to go..

What is "unicycle" but the addition of two words:"unic" and "ycle"
o o o <-prehistoric unicyle (before the invention of the wheel) O very hard to
to idle and next to impossible to coast! \/Y\/ On the plus side, the wheel was
very stable and
>> made tricks like wheel hopping relatively easy.
[] Quickly lost favor due to severe saddle soreness!
