The Pink is blinding me!

Alright so Someone Set my forum color to pink and it's starting to hurt my eyes now(too bright on my screen) and i can't find the option to change the color I know it should be in User CP under Miscellaneous Options in a box titled Forum Skin but it's not there!(yes I did a search, but the most relevant thread I found is in RSU and should be in JC and I didn't want to ressurect a thread that was made in the wrong section. ;)
