View Full Version : What would it take for you to change your mind for Harper's mind?

What would it take for you to change your mind for Greg Harper's mind?

Seriously. Would you accept an even trade-in? Imagine what life would be like if you gave up your mind and took on Harper's mind.

Some of you might give real $ to get Harper's mind. Others we'd have to pay a $million to do it.

He'd have to pay me.

Great deal! It's brand new, never been used.

Actually I wouldn't mind it that much. If I was dead first.

Seriously, like if I had brain damage and needed a brain transplant to live. That wouldn't be too terrible I suppose....

Billy, you started this thread 19 minutes after this post (http://www.unicyclist.com/forums/showpost.php?p=981294&postcount=3) of Greg's. Coincidence? I think not. Stay focused, dude.

IT wasn't much of a post on Greg's part, was it?

I'm not quite sure what you're saying.....

It got your goad.

Hey, that's so clever, you earn the right to say it TWICE!

Actually, this thread is only a reference to the "What would it take to change your mind" thread.

As far as picking someone to change brains with, can you think of a better choice?

I meant no insult to my good friend and unicycling brother Greg Harper. We've competed together in uni-juggling, one-foot races, etc. He always beats me, he's a nuclear phycisist, and I envy his brain.

I still have my goad. That is, unless, you think YOU got it now.

Billy :D

Well, his mind would be a good one from my mind's perspective, but I would probably enjoy a mind that is very different from my own, as long as the change is temporary.

Define mind. (http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery?gwp=13&s=mind) :p

If you remove Harper's mind from Harper, would it still be Harper's mind?

I'll take it for his knees, his dog, and his giraffe.

I would do it for free as long as I got to keep my "Mojo"

Or with his knees the way they are.

Course now that he has Buster's brain all he wants to do is chase squirrels.

But, with the mind change, would mean Harper paying himself. Sort of putting a price on his own head.

Actually...brain/mojo...not sure which would be the better part of the trade.

Harper's smart. He's a scienmatist and stuff, so that's all worth having in a brain. Plus he knows how to fix our screen door. I wouldn't trade my brain for his, but my wife would gladly swap me out. She hates that I can't fix the screen door.

Oddly enough, he auctioned it on EBay, I won it, then I get an email from him that he lost it!

ION BEAM NiNJA!!!!!????

Shoot, I've been away too long. Greg, if you could get me 2 MHz of acetate ions, I'll change minds with you.

Can do. We've accelerated big organic acid molecules before and getting acetate ions from acetic acid is no big trick. To get the 2MHz I'll have to bunch the beam and you'll lose a substantial bit of intensity. Then we can swap minds.

Did I mention they need to be at 30 Torr and 0.03eV?

I can't get them that cool or that dense. Talk to JC. He probably has something in his Coker Winnebago pack that will do the trick.

Talk to the hand. Cool and dense don't come in the same package. Cool is all hip and with it. Dense is steadfast and not popular with the kids. Just like Obama and Hillary.
