The "singing" thread!

Ok I had this idea for a "singing" thread. This should be FUN!!!!

Videotape yourself singing a favorite song, either accapella, accompany yourself with a guitar, piano, etc, or, sing along to the actual song...but make sure we can hear you over the actual vocal of the song...unless it's the instrumental version.

I haven't decided on a song yet, but as soon as I do I'll post mine.

So let's get it started...you're on! :D:cool::):p

It's not a video, just mp3. And you don't hear me over the actual vocal of the song, I do the actual vocal. And the percussion too, BTW. It's our folk group Mista, doing the first part of the Armenian song "Ambee Dageets". This was recorded in 1999, we do it a little different now.

Ok I made an audio file of a song I did but how do I post it without having to put it on youtube?
Hey Terry you may have deleted your post but where's the beef? :)
You can zip any file and post it as an attachment. Preferably mp3 the audio first so as to reduce the file size (depending on what the current format is though).

Many mp3 players and sound cards come with software to make mp3's. But a wma file would work for most people too, and it's about as compact as an mp3. To post here, you'll have to zip te wma, and then 'we' have to unzip it.

Zip is a supported file type but I just checked and the max allowed file size is 1 MB. Should've mentioned that. I guess your file is bigger than that. Bummer!

I should have mentioned that everyone is welcome to post just an audio of their singing, and no actual video is required!:D
