As the father of two classical musicians (both piano players as well as percussion and trumpet) I have listened to and watched many high level young players over the years playing many different instruments. Your friend ranks right up there with some of the better ones I have witnessed.

Classical piano is a hard road and doesn't get any easier until you quit playing.

What sucks though, is the sound quality is bunk.
So you can't really hear the utter emotion he plays with, if that makes sense.
You listen to him in real life, and you'll believe him.
