A bit too succinct for me...am I missing something here? Or is this some
unicycling code that we neophytes have yet to learn?

Oh, you want content. Here is what I meant to post:

I'm watching The New Explorers, which features the South Pole this week. An
interesting show, but the highlight was seeing a unicyclist on the South Pole.
It looked like a guy with long hair(it could be a woman) wearing a toque.
Whoever it was was idling, so perhaps they were taking their level 4 test!

Hey, maybe it was that guy from the Antarctic Research Station (er.. was it
Marc Sands?) who used to contribute to this list? I checked the Roster but
don't see him there, and I checked my stored mail but he's not in there
either.. I don't have the full mailing-list archives though. I just saw a
question about this on rec.sport.unicycling too, apparently he was cycling
around the world! (well, the pole..)

International TV is a good place to be for a unicyclist, though I should
mention that Danny Colyer got a front page picture in our local paper the
other day.. (complete with "Real Men Only Need One Wheel" T-shirt :)

]ain ..as for me, I've never been famous, but I do have a T-shirt with a picture
of myself unicycling on the front..
